Born in 1979 in AL Kef – Tunisia. He holds a license in Marketing, a professional Master's degree in management of universities, and a Master degree in science and techniques of art .

After a 9-years career in government as a consultant manager, CFO, he left the public administration to devote himself to artistic creation and management of artistic projects.
In 2008, Rafik directed a ten minutes short fiction “Ali, the son of the Sultana” (Ali weld sultana), and in 2010, a 5 minutes animation film under the title “ Sabaa Chicken” (Dajajet Sabaa) which won several international prices.
Fallega 2011 is his first feature documentary. he had a good national and international success and had several international awards. Rafik is also active in his other films between animation, documentary and fiction produced for TV and the cinema.
After the revolution, he took the opportunity of freedom acquired to found In 2011, The Tunisian association for digital and artistic expression (TAABIR).
